Who is she?

I bought this little head in an antique store. I thought she was sweet and took her home. But I have no idea who she is.

It is porcelain/bisque and about 6.5 inches around her head. She has a slightly open mouth with top teeth. Her painting is not fantastic.

There are 3 holes in her head one at each side and one at the front.
The markings on the back I think are:

X
Not sure what it is before the X

Anybody have any idea?
What sort of body would she need?
