vinyl head pam doll by virga

This vintage doll has a hard plastic body and vinyl head with rooted brunette hair. Red lips, light brown arched eyebrows, golden, light brown(?) blinking eyes.

fingers are separated and instead of molded shoes, she has toes. PAM is embossed on back of her head under hair. I would like to know what year she is from, or did someone put her together?
