Ukrainian doll 1940's???

It was my mom's doll since she was a small child. I have a picture of her with it around 1945/46.
I don't see any markings. There is some sort of mechanism in the stuffing in the back. The eyes move and there are little teeth in the mouth. The hair seems to have the texture of human hair.
Can anyone help identify her for me? Thanks so much.
