two toned doll

Was given this little doll , she is aprox 4-5 inches in height, has painted eyes and painted white socks and shoes. Her limbs are black, but her torso and face are white.
Ive never seen anything like her in all my years of collecting/restoring. She also has a triangle mark at the base of her neck.
I would appreciate ANY help identifying her.
