Three Face with soft body

I have a doll given to me by my father about 1953. The doll has three faces: smiling, sleeping and crying. She has a soft "stuffed" body with rubber hands and face. She has tufts of hair at the cheek and forehead. There are no markings on her.
I cannot find out anything about her. If anyone has any knowledge, I would appreciate knowing about her.
