Please Help!

I have a black porcelain head doll with painted red ribbons on the front of her 3 porcelain pony tails, red painted pursed lips and white painted eyes with black pupils.

She has Japan marked on the back of her head and down under the her collar there is another mark that I can't tell what it is. It looks like a circle with a line running from top to bottom and then a rectangle in the top third of the circle.

The doll has a cloth body, arms and legs. She is wearing an ivory dress with blue polka dots and a ruffled collar. The dress is about 1" longer than her legs and at the bottom of the dress there is a tag that says Japan.
