Please help me find out who i am

Hi
I have searched for many hours and still don't know much if anything about this doll.
Its has no visible markings or names on it
the clothes are glued on.

The face is basically a soft rubber mask. The hands and feet are harder plastic which seem to hook to a metal frame.

There is a baby bottle attached by a wire /the bottle holds 2 D batteries
the switch on the bottle is 3 position walking/off/mouth action.

It reminds me of a Rosko crawling doll, but Rosko put the batteries in the doll.

Any help would be really great
