One of the Family

Best wishes for completing your collection.
My wife, Diane, and her younger sister had ten of the Dolls of Destiny... five each. Their grandfather, Eugene Farkas, brought them up from NYC as they were issued. He was an engineer for Marcie & set aside the boxed dolls for his granddaughters.
The sad ending to Diane's story is that while she was away at college.. 1965-69, her mother stored them in the family basement and they were all overcome by moisture & mustiness.
