Needing help finding out how old this is please

This is the last one I've Acquired and seems to be probably the oldest one she is got beautiful hair and very very long dress that goes over her feet when she's on the stand on the back of her head says 85 and under that it says, Leonardo.
If you lift her hair up farther towards the top of her head it says B-005 D
