Needing help finding out how old this is please

Got her from an old friend. I know nothing about her. this one is looks to be a younger girl with her hair in a ponytail and she has a pink clothes blue eyes that aren't painted their set in and she is also on a stand the back of her neck says Marian Yu. MYD Incorporated.
Also some numbers I can't quite figure out. I'll try to get a good pic of the numbers.
