Need help

I have a Madame Alexander doll I got about 30 years ago, I forgot about her until I was watching Antiques Roadshow, she's in a wedding dress with a veil.
I remember we went to Minnesota to visit my grandpa, we were in a small doll store and I loved her. We came back to NM and he sent it to me!
It made me so happy but I played with her a few times and put her in my closet. Ive moved since then and she's been in an old trunk....please give me more info...
