Need help identifying Grandma's doll

My Grandmother had this doll as a child and I just received it from my Sister yesterday. I cannot identify her but she does have markings on her neck, KuR and a brass button inside her shoe with this pattern on it ☆○☆

Her dress was a light blue but has faded with time. Her shoes were leather but badly damaged.

Please help me identify my Grandmother's doll, it would mean the world to me. I have my own Granddaughter's so it will be passed down in the family.
