Mollie's Old Doll

I inherited this doll when my best friend pasted away. I don't know anything about her. The only marking say's Made in USA Patent pending between her shoulders. There are no other markings on this doll.
I don't know if the clothes came with her or if someone made them because there are no markings on the clothes either. She also came in the case shown in the picture but again, not sure if that came with the doll or someone made it.
Can I find out what year she is and a value?
