Lorraine from the Hospice

I work for our local hospice, and value and then sell on our eBay site items donated for fundraising for the hospice.

We get dolls from time to time that are vintage or antique. Occasionally we have one that is really hard to identify and therefore describe accurately.

We have one such at the moment, a composition doll with a body rather like an upside-down flower pot. There is a bar across the open end from which the legs are hung.

I can find nothing about this type of doll. Can you help?
