Looking for background information on this 6: doll

Hi. I have had this little doll for as long as I can remember. I am curious to know any background information.
The arms and legs are movable. The hair is a formed plastic. We live near Holland Michigan and I am wondering if that is where she was purchased. I have looked at all of the suggested marking areas and am not locating any type of imprint.
