I have a doll I bought 40 years ago in an antique shop when I was ten.

It is 5" composition and cam in a red cobblestone trunk. There is a star on the upper back of the doll that looks like it has an S in it and there is a word/marking/letters that follow the star that I cannot read.

It has no cracks and is in excellent condition. I even have to two sets of clothing changes it came with.

I am pretty savvy on the internet but could not find out the maker or year - just interested on history of doll.
