kellc, vintage baby doll, need help indentifying

This baby doll was from my Grandmothers home, but it could very well been from another relative in the family...and evenutally ended up at her home.
I can't seem to find any markings on it. Maybe a composition baby doll? It's jointed, straw body, used to make noise, it's 13 inches long.
Can anyone help me to identify it, what year it was made, what it's value might be, etc. Thank you soooo much from the bottom of my heart.
