identify african luyana cloth doll

I recently purchased a African cloth doll that has a shirt with LUYANA sewed into the front and has a yellow/green/red long skirt on it and a red do rag on her head with black yarn material for her hair.

Her feet have blue material with white dots on them for shoes. the brows, eyes, nose, and lips are hand stitched on her..trying to identify and see what the value is of her.
