Help wanted identifying doll maker and age

Hi. I have an antique porcelain/bisque doll that was either my grandma's or my mom's. The only markings I can find are on the back: 260 and 8. The entire doll is made of porcelain and bisque.
Legs do not move. Arms do move and appear to be attached with coiled wire.
Any idea how old this may be and who the manufacturer was? Thanks
