Help identify this cutie, please.

Hello, I am a lover of dolls but certainly, no collector and I am having trouble identifying this doll.

She has no markings at all. Save for the markings on the bottom of her shoe. 'Cinderella Size 2'. I was able to see that those are probably 1950's shoes. They look like they belong with her.

I wasn't super curious until I realized that her head moves when you move her legs or 'walk her'. Too much info on the web for me to narrow down without any markings. Maybe just a copy cat of a more popular doll?
