Genuine Hilda??

This was my mother's most prized doll. Before she passed, she told me that she was valuable.

After much research I am still uncertain if this is an original or ??
Her head and legs are not attached.

She is approx 19". The hair is glued down to prevent further investigation of makers mark. Body appears to be composition, not sure.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you!
