Doll I cannot identify.

I have recently purchased an antique doll with bisque head and composition body.
Marks on neck are illegible, however it has blown glass sleeping eyes and a curious wooden voicebox which was attached to the pate inside the head. It is obviously the original position as the body has no holes and the wig had never been removed since new.
She is around 24 inches tall.
