Doll found in rummage shop

I don't collect dolls but I saw this doll in a rummage shop.

She is dirty but there is something about her that just spoke to me. I bought her.

I can't tell if she is new or old. I have checked the internet and can't find her. She has a cloth body but it quite firm. Her eyes, nose and mouth are stitched. Her hair is yarn.

She does have a little watch on that winds but I think maybe it could of been added.

Any help would be appreciated. She is just so pretty.
