Delicate 7" porcelain doll - inherited from grandmother

HI
We have inherited this from my husband's grandmother and are a bit stumped as to her origins.
She is 7" tall with complete porcelain / china body with moving head, arms and legs. Her clothing is velvet, lace and braid.
Her face (including her eyes) are painted. We think she as picked up at an antiques fair some years ago but do not know where.
Any information would be gratefully received.
