cupie style doll w/markings on back and neck

This is another doll I found in my mothers drawer after she passed. She would have been 100 this year and was for many years a doll collector. There is nothing for me to go on with this doll.

This doll is about 4 inches tall. Shoes and socks painted on. Legs and arms move. There are almost nail like objects in the arm which hold arms in.

She has the # 425 on her back and under her hair line appears to be the name ERMAN or instead of N a Y, could not make it out. It is at the end of her hairline and where her neck begins. She is not bisque nor does she appear to be plastic.
