Clueless

My husband's grandmother had dozens of dolls when she passed away recently. She never really shared any info on her dolls with us but since she passed we are trying to get info on her dolls.
She had a tag attached to this one that said "Flirtatious Senorita Prayer Book Spanish Doll 1950".
We do not know anything about this doll, it seems to be made of paper mache or something like that. The shoes do not come off. The legs and arms do not bend or move. The hair is styled with a long black braid.
