Beautiful 18 inch long Effanbee doll.

I have had this doll for over 20 years but do not know much about her. I would appreciate knowing something of her history and value.
This doll I am sure is very old and in close to mint condition I think she is made of paste or composition and has glass eyes!
The body is totally jointed and I think her dress is original.
Any one have any ideas please let me know.
