Beach find in Maryland

This small bisque doll with molded bonnet was a beach find in southern Maryland. It is similar to the two molded dolls pictured above, but the legs are separate at the bottom and not molded together. The wire attached arms are missing.
I'd greatly appreciate if I could get more information about the location and time period this doll would have come from.
