Antique doll- no markings

Can someone help identify my Antique doll? She has no markings.
Seems to be wood composition. Only joined arms at the shoulders. She only measures 6 1/2" tall but with her dress she is 14".
She has very long mohair waved hair. A painted face. She has a purse and matching bonnet. Her clothes are very dirty and need cleaned but I don't want to do something that I can't undo?
Any information would be helpful.
