26” tall sleepy eye doll; no markings

I just picked up this 26” tall doll, she has sleepy eyes, her upper teeth are a separate piece pressed in. There are two dimples impressed on her lower back. The bottom of her feet are completely flat. She appears to be the late 1950’s or early 1960’s.

Any help identifying and perhaps value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
