2 Dolls bought on EBay

Real rabbit fur attached, wooden body and squeeks

I have taken a plunge and bought 2 dolls on eBay. They have arrived and I realize I am completely lost in knowing anything or what they might be?
Please help I'm driving my wife Potty!!!
I will post pictures of them separately.
The first one is approx 10.5 inches tall and covered in what appears to be a rabbit fur outfit.
She has a wooden body, feet appear to have come off.
The front of the head is glossy and the back plain wood.
She sqeeks (on and of) on movement.
