2 Dolls bought on EBay

I have taken a plunge and bought 2 dolls on Ebay. They have arrived and I realise I am completely lost in knowing anything or what they might be?
Please help I'm driving my wife Potty!!!
I will post pictures of them separately.
This is the second doll. She is a black doll that stands 7 inches tall.
She is wearing one earring, the other is missing.
Some chips to her fingers and toes.
She is hauntingly charming.
There are some markings to her neck The letter H can be seen clearly as well as a number 3 all other marks are too difficult or faded.
